Bounce House Rental Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver and Release ("Waiver") is entered into by and between A1 Bounce, hereinafter referred to as "Company," and the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as "Renter," for the rental and use of inflatable bounce house equipment provided by the Company.

1. Assumption of Risk
   The Renter understands and acknowledges that the use of inflatable bounce houses involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury from falling, colliding with other participants, or from equipment malfunction. The Renter voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with the use of the bounce house.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
   The Renter, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action that may arise from the use of the inflatable bounce house or other equipment rented from the Company, including but not limited to any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
3. Indemnification
   The Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the rented equipment, including but not limited to claims for injury, property damage, or wrongful death.
4. Safety Rules and Instructions
   The Renter agrees to follow all safety rules, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Company or on-site personnel, including, but not limited to, supervision requirements, weight limits, and proper conduct of all participants using the inflatable bounce house. The Company reserves the right to stop the event if these rules are not adhered to.
5. Medical Emergency
   In the event of a medical emergency involving any participant, the Renter authorizes the Company to seek medical attention as deemed necessary. The Renter acknowledges that any medical expenses incurred will be the sole responsibility of the Renter or their insurance provider.
6. Damage to Equipment
   The Renter is responsible for ensuring that the bounce house and any other rented equipment are not damaged during the rental period. The Renter agrees to pay for any damage, loss, or destruction of equipment caused by misuse or negligence.
7. Weather Conditions
   The Renter acknowledges that weather conditions (e.g., wind, rain, etc.) can affect the safety and performance of the inflatable bounce house. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in the event of unsafe weather conditions. In the case of such cancellation, the Company will make reasonable efforts to offer a rescheduled date or issue a refund, subject to the rental agreement.
8. Entire Agreement
   This Waiver contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the rental of the inflatable bounce house. Any modifications or amendments to this Waiver must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
   By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Liability Waiver and Release.
